Introduction
I was able to manage scheduling out posts using Recurpost. This allowed me to add custom graphics I created and post it to Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Process
Creating a Base Template
I created graphics in photoshop then scheduled out 30min, 10min, 5 min and now live posts for the World Sleep Congress 2019, Fatigue Science happening at the Convention Center. This is to inform their followers that the live stream is happening soon and that they should check it out!
Logic
I posted advertisements on Fatigue Science social media channels 30 mins, 10 min, and 5 mins before in order to give their followers a heads up that the live streaming will be starting soon. One we were live another post was scheduled out so viewers can click on the link and can go direct to the live stream on vimeo.
Solution
In the end I was able to successfully post and advertise for the event for the World Sleep Congress 2019 for Fatigue Science.
