Introduction
Updated the basement bedroom by painting the walls a light color, removing the popcorn ceiling, and refreshing all the trim with new paint.
1. Remove Popcorn Ceiling and Painted Ceiling White
I removed the popcorn ceiling by thoroughly spraying it with water and scraping it clean with a wide putty knife. Used the Ultra Pure White paint by Behr Premium Plus for interrior ceiling flat.
2. Painted Walls
Painted walls using paint brush roller. Tools from Bianca Amor’s Liquidation Supercentre.
3. Painting Trim, Door and Closet
