Introduction

At The Wine Bar, we have an extensive list of wines from around the globe, available on tap, by the glass, or by the bottle. With over 200 wines available by the glass, we have the largest by-the-glass wine program not only in Vancouver, but all of Western Canada.

This website was created using WordPress to showcase the drink and menus served by executive chefs.

Process

Creating a Base Template

The website was created on WordPress the theme berg was used. This theme was able to help showcase the chefs, menu, and wines that the restaurant sells.

Slack and Google Drive

Throughout the project, I used Google Drive to save files and images between the team members and clients. This meant making sure the documents and images were properly organized.

I communicate with everyone through Slack in order to provide quick comments and feedback.

Logic

While creating the website we had to make sure we stuck within the brand guidelines meaning using the colors red, black and white. I also had to make sure that the website easily displayed the chefs, menu, and wine that the restaurant sells.

Solution

Overall, the WordPress website was created to help promote the company so customers can find them online.
