Introduction
Monika Szucs at WestJet helped with the implementation of coding and debugging Qualtrics into the mobile app.
Process
Qualtrics is used to gather feedback from customers who are using the WestJet Mobile App. They can complete the survey in the more tab under App Feedback. Questions are generated from Qualtrics and are sent back to Qualtrics for further analysis.
Solution
To organize Qualtrics Services in the code making it easlier to call on any page that is needed to be implemented later in the future.
