Community Management was done for Waterlase.

Process

Creating a Base Template

Community Management was done to help communicate and respond to individuals who comment on their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram page.

Logic

Community Management was done in the morning and evenings for 15 minutes of management each day. I used Facebook Business Manager to manager their Facebook Page. I also used Hootsuite to manage thier Facebook, Twitter and Facebook Page.

Solution

Overall, community management was done quickly and efficiently to help respond to comments, remove inappropriate comments, or inform the client about any comments that need to be addressed by the company.
