Introduction

Community Management was done for Little Kitchen Academy. Little Kitchen Academy is the first of its kind Montessori-inspired cooking academy for kids ages three through teen. We are focused on providing a safe, inspiring, and empowering space for children to identify, develop, and refine their senses. Through joy, mindfulness, and learning we are creating a foundation for a healthy lifespan through responsible eating choices: from scratch to consumption.

Process

Creating a Base Template

Community Management was done to help communicate and respond to individuals who comment on their Facebook or Instagram page.

Logic

Community Management was done in the morning and evenings for 15 minutes of management each day. I used Facebook Business Manager to manager their Facebook Page and also managed their Instagram page.

Solution

Overall, community management was done quickly and efficiently to help respond to comments, remove inappropriate comments, or inform the client about any comments that need to be addressed by the company.
